COME TRAIN WITH US! We offer a comprehensive program targeting the 10 components of fitness (strength, power, agility, accuracy, balance, cardiovascular endurance, stamina, speed, flexibility and coordination) to be your best physical self. This program is for those looking to be healthy and fit, and also for those looking for sports-driven training, whether you are in mid-season or off-season.
Summer Session 5: May 7 to June 29
Summer Session 6: July 2 to 25 (4 weeks classes at 10:45 am youth and 11:30 am Teen)
Summer Session 7: August 6 to 29 (4 weeks classes at 10:45 am youth and 11:30 am Teen)
No classes July 30/August 1st.
Crux Youth ( 8-15 years old)
Session 5: Tues and/or Thurs at 4:00pm or 4:45pm
Summer sessions: Tues and/or Thurs at 10:45am
Crux Teen (13-16 years old)
We will incorporate barbell technique and training in these classes.
Session 5: Wed 4:30pm and Sat 9:30am
Summer sessions: Tues and/or Thurs at 11:30am
Fees: 8 week program / Summer 4 week program
Youth 2 classes per week $160 plus tax / Summer $80 plus tax
Youth 1 class per week (you must chose your day for the program) $96 plus tax / Summer $48 plus tax
Teen 2 days per week $192 plus tax / Summer $96 or 1 day week $54 plus tax
LIMIT to 12 athletes per day/program.
