COME TRAIN WITH US! We offer a comprehensive program targeting the 10 components of fitness (strength, power, agility, accuracy, balance, cardiovascular endurance, stamina, speed, flexibility and coordination) to be your best physical self. This program is for those looking to be healthy and fit, and also for those looking for sports-driven training, whether you are in mid-season or off-season. 

Crux Youth Classes are geared to our younger athletes ages 8-15.

8 week sessions, Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30pm-5:15pm

Choose one or two days a week. 

Session 1: Sept 4th - Oct 25th

Session 2: Oct 30th - Dec 20th

  • $96 per session for one class only each week (please select either Tuesdays or Thursdays) 
  • $160 per session for both Tuesday & Thursday classes each week
