Our program will help kids to grow up healthy, strong and have a lifelong love of working out thus avoiding the common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity.
Crux Youth Classes are geared to our younger athletes ages 8-15.
The Junior Varsity (Ages 8-11) program starts our kids off in a fun, non-threatening environment, where they will start to build the foundations of sound body movement.
We will teach them how to squat, jump, throw, swing, sprint, and more! Although an emphasis will be placed on body weight exercises, our kids will also implement tools like kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls and more. We provide a fun, safe environment for them to reach their goals alongside their friends in a supportive atmosphere.
The Varsity class (ages 12-16) picks up where the Juniors left off. We build upon the skills and drills they’ve already seen and learned, while beginning to increase performance difficulty. Technique and consistency will always be emphasized before revving up their own relative intensity. Focus will be put on applying their movement towards barbells, mastering moving external loads and more advanced gymnastics exercises. Whether your teen is looking for a fun way to get healthy or if their goal is to take their sport to the next level, this is the program that will get them there!
