100 HSPU  (hanging from bar)
150 American KB swings (53/35) (engaged in frog squat)
100 calories on Rower (plank hold)
150 OH walking lunges (45/25) (top of ring dip)
100 Pull ups (hollow hold)

Work your way through the exercises in order (complete all reps of one before moving on).  One
person working at a time, one other partner must be in the position mentioned in brackets for the reps to count.
