Spicy press complex and some MUPS

Funny when the workout/lift on the  board looks  not bad..and then you complete it!  

Complex lift today was 1 Press, 3 Push press,5 Push Jerks.  Trying to hit a heavy set above 80% of max Press.

Workout was a great engine builder, unless you weren't getting the rest that is!  Hopefully you all scaled when needed to ensure you had adequate time to refresh for the next round...catches up quick!
