Allen held the top spot with 10 Muscle ups for most of the day, but then came Rob Purdy ....15 Muscle Ups...what a machine. Well done !!

Wod: 9 min to complete 500m row, 40 HR push ups, 30 front rack BB lunges (135/95) and in remaining time amrap of Muscle ups ( sub was rope climbs / pull ups)
