If you performed 10 snatches right now, would they all look the same?  Would all of those lifts be successful?   Do these lifts intimidate you?  Would you understand what you are doing- or would you be “hoping” that the lift just works out?

 These are very real questions I would ask each one of our members....As a coach at CrossFit Crux this program is near to my heart. I honestly believe every single member at Crux can and will benefit from this program.

This is a 6 week course and will run on WEDNESDAY's from 7:30-8:30 pm

 This program is designed for those looking to improve upon their technique in the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. The program will focus on understanding the mechanics of the lift, proper sequencing and appropriate progressions as per the individual.

We will break down each lift in its entirety and build each athlete from the foundations of each movement.

Although this is a technique driven program, even the most experienced lifters at Crux can benefit from it. A portion of the program will also be regarding how to fix common problems associated with performing these lifts.

 GET MORE OUT OF YOUR DAILY STRENGTH EXERCISES BY ACTUALLY LIFTING - RATHER THAN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO THE MOVEMENT.
