Our 6 Week “Summer Shred” program is designed with the you in mind. Our “Summer Shred” program mixes high repetition training with cardiovascular conditioning circuits to target those stubborn areas of fat on the body. This program incorporates strength work in the form of hypertrophy work with dumbbells and/or kettlebells. Our end goal is for you to feel that you have achieved a more aesthetically pleasing physique through weight loss and/or toning.
