If you’re new to CrossFit and Weightlifting don’t worry, you’re in good hands. Every member of Crux starts with a FREE consultation. 

You’ll have a chance to meet with a qualified coach where we’ll discuss your personal health and fitness goals, and answer any questions you have about CrossFit and our facility.

STEP 1: No Sweat Intro

This is a FREE 20-minute, one-on-one session that gives you a chance to see our facility, learn a bit about our methods and philosophy, and determine the best path of success to meet your goals! It’s a great way for you to see if our box is a good fit for you! We’ll also answer all your questions about membership, programs, and pricing. Book your No Sweat Intro Here! 

STEP 2: On-Ramp

Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who comes to Crossfit Crux is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular classes. These On-Ramp sessions are taught by a qualified CrossFit Coach. Sessions are booked at your convenienc between you and your Coach and can be done as One-on-One, Two-on-One or small group sessions.
