Register Now for the CrossFit Open & Crux Intramurals

Yes, you heard that right, TWO Opens in one year….crazy, right?  In 2019 CrossFit HQ changed things up and now the Open will take place in October of each year, preceding the next year's Games season.

Please join us as we put our fitness to the test in a friendly competition for the 7th Annual Crux Intramural Open.

If you are new, I am sure you are wondering what the Intramural Open is? It ultimately means FUN! But to explain further, we run the 5 CrossFit Open workouts as an in-house competition along with the entire CrossFit community around the world. Each person who signs up for the Crux Intramural Open will be placed on a Crux team. Each team will have a captain and there will be points awarded each week. The main emphasis of points will be on participation and fun.  So if you’re worried about “not being ready” or "I’m new to the gym" or “I don’t have those movements yet”, don’t be! All that’s required is that you show up, do a workout once a week, just as you would in c lass, and cheer on your teammates!   We would love to see ALL our members get signed up- CrossFit, Metcon and Teens alike!

Our goal is to make this a fun experience for everyone and bring our community together while testing the hard work that we put in each week!  The CrossFit Open runs October 10th-November 11th.

If you haven’t participated in one of our Intramurals before, ask around and I am sure everyone will tell you how much fun they are.  The workouts have both RX and scaled levels, just as they do in class.
