Summer Programming: Last Call



The GRIND has just come to a wrap and we had 24 amazing athletes come out for the past 8 weeks to push, pull, lift and throw many odd, heavy objects around. This group had some fun and got stronger, both physically and mentally!  If you missed out and want to keep up with some of those movements be sure to check out our SUMMER SHRED!

We have 3 spots left in our 6-week summer shred program with Courtney. The program runs July 9 - Aug 18th on Monday, Wed and Friday's at 7:30 am.  There will be weekly nutrition and workout challenges included as well as new workouts including strongman and interval training to keep you in tip-top shape this summer.

There are 2 membership options and your current membership will be placed on hold for the duration of the challenge.

There are still spaces left in our July and Aug Junior program running Tues & Thur from 11:45-12:30 pm.  This is for kids ages 8-12. We have 1 spot left in our July Senior Youth program ages 12-15 with classes running Tues & Thur from 12:30-1:15 pm

4 week sessions, once or twice per week
Session 1: July 3rd - 26th
Session 2: August 7th - 30th

$80 + HST per session for twice per week
$48 + HST per session for once per week (must select Tuesdays or Thursdays)
