New Fall Schedule Changes

To best serve our members, we have moved some classes around and added some new programming that will enhance your membership. 

  • The Grind - Registration required- Monday and Friday's @ 7 am & 6:30 pm
  • New Metcon Class @ 7:30 am Saturday's
  • New Family Class @ 9:30 am Saturday's - Bring your child and work out (ages 8 plus)  You can use your class pass (Youth/Adult) or purchase a drop in if your child is new to the class
  • Youth classes - Wed & Thursday's @ 4:30 pm (Please note there is no CF class on Wed @ 4:30 pm, just Open gym)

Metcon Members please note: 

  • Monday and Wednesday 6:30 pm classes will be returning to the smaller gym at this time ( One night will be a Rowing class and the other a circuit workout)  
  • Friday Metcon class is returning to 7:30 pm while the Grind is scheduled unless members tell us they prefer it in the small room at 6:30 pm instead. (pls email)
  • Saturday Metcons now only at 8:30 & 9:30 am until the demand tells us otherwise.
  • Sunday Metcon's are returning to 9:30 am & 12 pm.  

We will be also be introducing a New Olympic lifting class @ 10:30 shortly on Sundays so stay tuned!
