Another cycle has wrapped up and we will move into a new strength cycle at CrossFit Crux. The pre-Open cycle starts now. This cycle will take us up to the week before the open and help you get ready to do your best this year. Focusing on the necessary skills (HSPU, double unders, barbell cycling, toes to bar etc.) as well as improving your engine. The first week starts with some classic open WODs as well as one of the best engine tests there is. We will also be working on overhead lifting and improving Olympic lifts.
