Testing Week

This week see’s the culmination of our lifting cycle where we will look to go for heavy singles and find a few new 1 Rep MAX! In preparation for PR Week, do a bit of homework if need be (look up your previous weights and scores), so that this training week is the best possible one for you.

Knowing your 1RM is important for determining percentages when we're working with higher reps, so make sure to give it all you have so you can be accurate with your training over the new lifting cycle!
