Another cycle has wrapped up and we will move into a new strength cycle at CrossFit Crux starting Monday. A lot of thought goes into how we program our workouts. Our number one priority is to help you, our members, measurably improve your fitness levels. We also want to make the workouts challenging and fun while keeping everyone safe and injury free. So without further ado...
Monday - Squat
Tuesday - Bench
Wednesday - GPP + WOD (aka double WOD Wednesday back by popular demand)
Thursday - dubs + pull ups
Friday - Oly (first 4 weeks will be Clean, next 4 will be snatch)
Saturday - Core strength and stability plus Sprinting
***Please note that much of Wednesday and Saturday's work need to be done outside so if the weather is looking unfavorable, we will have to rearrange the work to get everything in.
