Another cycle has wrapped up and we will move into a new strength cycle at CrossFit Crux starting Tuesday. A lot of thought goes into how we program our workouts. Our number one priority is to help you, our members, measurably improve your fitness levels. We also want to make the workouts challenging and fun while keeping everyone safe and injury free.
We are going back to basics for our next cycle. Focusing on the big 3 CrossFit power lift culminating in a CrossFit total on Friday, the 8th of July. We will also be trying to clean up our Olympic lifting technique and start to build the foundation for a better overall engine.
Upper Body Push ( Press, Dips, Bench)
GPP/monostructural (sled, run, row, etc)
clean or snatch progressions
GPP + opportunity to make up missed lift from week
