May Challenge | Running it is.

Consensus has been reached and for the month of May we are challenging you to get out and run! The goal is to do as many meters possible in the month, for every 2km, you will have your name entered into the monthly draw. That means, everyone can reach this goal but the more you run, the better your chance at winning the draw (and bragging rights of course). 

For this challenge, we want you to run no more than 400m increments, with a minimum 1:1 rest in between runs.

Be sure to mark your progress on the chart at the gym every time you reach 2km. If you have any questions, please come chat to one of our coaches.
