As is the Crux tradition, we will once again kick off the new year with our Annual Crossfit Crux Rowing Challenge. This is a simply and easy way to challenge yourself to get some extra cardio work done in the winter months. Here's how it works: Every Thursday in January a rowing work out will be released. This could be a sprint or endurance workout and each week will challenge you in a different way. You will have until Monday at 9 pm to submit your score, that simple!
To make sure everyone has ample time to get their scores in, we will be opening up a Sunday class for you to come in and get your Row on!Top rowers get bragging rights and their names on the Crux Paddle.
This four week challenge costs $10 to register and payment can be made at gym next week. You have until January 5th to sign up, so click the link below!
