We are adding a new class Crux Rowing on the schedule Wed nights @ 6:30 pm starting Nov 16th
Crux Rowing will focus on rowing technique and capacity, gearing you up for the winter months.
Classes will always focus on Rowing but many classes will also include non-barbell movements (wall balls, Kb swings, burpees etc).
This is great way to get you ready for our January Rowing Competition. Who will take the "oar" in 2017?
This class is open to all CrossFit, Metcon & Sweat Angel memberships, but there will be a strict 12 person CAP based on the rowers available.
You must be registered in ADVANCE and if you need to cancel, please do so within the HOUR limit so we can open up to someone else if on the waitlist.
There will be NO CrossFit class offered during this time but open gym will be available (please sign up on schedule).
As with most new classes, we will continue to run this if the demand is there. So get signed up now, you won't want to miss it!
