RESET your health and fitness in 6 Weeks

It’s time to throw out the old things that haven’t worked, hit the reset button and find your new normal. And the best news is, you don’t have to figure this stuff out for yourself. We are going to take the guess work out of getting fitter and healthier by giving a ton of support and top notch coaching to a small group of people.

Our healthy RESET will get you moving better, feeling better and ready to take your fitness and health to the next level.

Our program combines both private and small group training as well as access to our group metcon classes. This will allow for adequate time to teach you the functional movements as well integrating you into our community and classes.

We have made it flexible for all shedules and fitness levels, and you can join our 6 week RESET at anytime.

What’s included in the program?

  • One - 1 hour private training session to complete movement and mobility assessments, receive our nutrition plan and take before and after body measurements.

  • Unlimited small group training sessions for 6 weeks. We suggest members attend 3 x week ( min 12 classes will be required to continue in our CrossFit program). The small group classes are 1 hour long and are being offered Mon-Thurs at 11 am & 6:30 pm, as well as 11 am on Saturdays.

  • Unlimited access to our Metcon group classes for 6 weeks (we have over 20 classes to choose from each week)

  • Two - 30 minute private traininig sessions at week 3 and week 6. These will be used to check in on movements and nutrition and see how you are progressing. We want to make sure you are moving in the right direction!

Cost is $319 plus tax for the 6 week program ( that’s less than $55 per week)
